To make scheduling a breeze, you can easily book your appointment using our convenient online application, Jane, or simply call, text, or email our clinic. 

​SECURING YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • A valid credit card is required to book all appointments, including complimentary consultations.

  • Your credit card will not be charged at the time of booking. 

  • All credit card information is protected, secure, and PCI compliant.

COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATIONS

  • All consultations are complimentary and require a valid credit card to book.

  • Consultations are not required for all services, but they are highly encouraged.

  • ​Consultations are mandatory before receiving laser hair removal, IPL photo facials and cosmetic injectables services.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

  • We do not provide any services for minors under 16 years old.

  • We offer non-invasive services, such as facials, to clients 16 years and older.

  • Clients under 18 years of age must have a legal guardian present to sign the treatment consent form.

  • We do not offer skin rejuvenation treatments, laser services, or cosmetic injectable to minors.

  • Clients receiving skin rejuvenation treatments, laser services, or cosmetic injectables may be asked to present valid photo ID for proof of age.

PREPARING FOR YOUR VISIT
A SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE

Your appointment is specially reserved for you, and we truly look forward to seeing you! We understand that life happens, and sometimes changes are unavoidable. However, since our services are in high demand, a late change or missed appointment means another client misses an opportunity for care. We kindly ask you to please review our appointment policies to plan ahead, as your understanding and cooperation help us serve everyone effectively.

​ARRIVIAL TIME & PREPARATION

We recommend that clients arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. This allows sufficient time to change, use the restroom, complete any necessary consultation forms, and settle in comfortably before their treatment begins. 

 

After booking your appointment you will receive an email containing your consultation form, it is highly recommended that clients fill out the consultation form as soon as possible. This will enable us to promptly pre-screen for any contraindications and provide you with both pre- and post-treatment care instructions for your review.

LATE ARRIVALS

Clients arriving 10 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time may be required to reschedule. In such cases, a late rescheduling or cancellation fee of $52.50 will be charged to the credit card on file. We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise; if you anticipate being late, please call us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We require a full 48-hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule all appointments. Failure to do so will result in a fee of $52.50 charged to your credit card on file.

NO-SHOWS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS

A “No-Show” or “Missed Appointment” occurs when a client fails to provide any notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment and subsequently does not attend. In the event of a No-Show or Missed Appointment, the client will be charged a $52.50 No-Show fee to their credit card on file.

ENSURING A COMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE

​GUESTS & CHILDREN ARE NOT PERMITTED

We do not permit clients to have guests or children wait in our clinic while services are being performed. Our clinic provides a variety of relaxation and medical aesthetic services which require a quiet and safe environment. As per our insurance policy we do not allow guests or children to wait in our clinic while services are being performed. The safety of our guests and staff is our number one priority.

SUPPORT WORKERS & TRANSLATORS

Clients who require a support worker for physical or emotional disabilities, or a translator due to language barriers, are welcome to have only one guest attend their appointment. Support workers and translators must remain with the client for the entire duration of their appointment and must be over the age of 18. For the comfort and safety of all our clients and guests, please note that children and animals are not permitted as support workers or translators within the spa or clinic at any time.

SILENCE & SERENITY: DEVICE-FREE EXPERIENCE

To ensure a peaceful and serene environment for all, we kindly ask that you turn off or silence your cell phones and smart devices and refrain from using them while in the spa. Please be mindful that others are receiving treatments and keep your voice volume to a minimum. If you need to take a call, we respectfully request that you step outside the clinic. Please note that taking pictures inside the clinic with personal devices is prohibited at all times. For your safety and security, common areas within the clinic are under surveillance.

RESPECTING OUR ENVIROMENT

We believe in fostering a kind and welcoming environment for everyone. We kindly ask all clients and guests to speak and treat others with respect. For the comfort and tranquility of all, we do not tolerate yelling, screaming, or belligerent behavior. To help us maintain a clean and serene facility, we also request that all guests remove their shoes upon entering; spa slippers will be provided for your comfort. Your cooperation ensures a peaceful and positive experience for our entire community.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All services, treatments, gift certificates purchases, and products are final. We do not offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds.
