Policies:

Booking Appointments:

We offer complementary consultations for all our treatments and do not require a deposit to book an appointment. We please ask that new and existing clients please review our cancellation and rescheduling policies.


New clients receiving treatments such as facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and/or Microneedling must present valid photo ID and be of legal age (18 years old).

Underage clients must have their parent or legal guardian present for their consultation in which they will also sign their treatment consent form.

We do not provide services for children under the age of 16 years old.

Cancellation & Re-Scheduling Policy:

When you book your appointment, we are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other clients. Appointments are in high demand and your advanced notice will allow another client to access that appointment time.


We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without being charged a cancellation or rescheduling fee.


We understand that unforeseen events and emergencies happen and will not charge a client for rescheduling or cancelling their appointment for one time only.


Clients that repetitively do not provide 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule their appointments will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of their service to rebook.


If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at 780.293.8110 between regular business hours. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message, we will return your call as soon as possible.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled in less than 48 hours’ notice before the appointed time.
For new a clients’ first appointment, a no show or late cancellation will result in a 50% deposit of service to rebook and will not be refunded if they cancel late or no-show again.

Arrival & Late Arrival:

Please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes before your allotted appointment time. If a client arrives to their appointment more than 15 minutes late it will be automatically cancelled as we will not have adequate time to perform the service. We understand that life and emergencies happen so, we will not charge a rescheduling fee for a first-time offender however, we will require a 50% deposit to rebook services for repeat offenders.

Refunds & Returns:

We do not offer refunds or returns on any services/treatments, products sold, or appointment deposits.

Waiting Room, Guests, and Children:

We do not permit clients to have guests or children wait in our clinic while services are being performed. Our clinic provides a variety of relaxation and medical aesthetic services which require a quiet and safe environment. As per our insurance policy we do not allow guests or children to wait in our clinic while services are being performed. The safety of our guests and staff is our number one priority.
