For your convenience, we recommend planning ahead and tipping your service provider directly with cash or a credit/debit card.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY GIFT CERTIFICATE?

To redeem your gift certificate, we require you to present a physical copy, a printed e-gift certificate, or a digital copy on your phone. For our records, we will keep the original gift certificate. If your service total is less than the value of the gift certificate, we will provide you with a new physical gift card for the remaining balance. This new gift card holds the same policies, it is non-refundable, has no cash value, and cannot be used for gratuities.

The answer depends on the type of gift certificate you have. We offer two kinds throughout the year.

Regular Gift Certificates Yes, regular gift certificates can be used to pay for any of our services and products, including our promotional offers and discounted services.

Promotional Gift Certificates No, promotional gift certificates cannot be used to purchase discounted services, packages, or products. Because these gift certificates already include a bonus or added value, they are only redeemable for regular-priced services and products.

Please note: All gift certificates, including e-gift cards, must be redeemed in-person and cannot be used for purchases on our online store.

IS A GIFT CERTIFICATE TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER PERSON?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM A "NO-SHOW" OR CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT LATE?

Our appointment policies apply to all bookings, including those made to redeem a gift certificate for a service. In the event of a no-show or late cancellation, a fee will be charged to the credit card you have on file. The balance of your gift certificate will not be affected. WHY DOESN'T MY E-GIFT CERTIFICATE SHOW THE PROMOTIONAL ADDED VALUE?

Our online store is unable to display the promotional added value on the e-gift certificate, but please don't worry we have the additional value on file for you. When you redeem your added value e-gift certificate in person at our clinic, we will be aware of the purchase and will automatically apply the full promotional value to your service total.

If you prefer to have a physical gift certificate that shows the full value, we have two simple options for you:
1.     Purchase in person: We recommend visiting our clinic to purchase a promotional gift certificate. We will provide you with a physical card that includes the full added value right away.

2.     Convert an e-gift certificate: If you have already purchased a promotional e-gift certificate online, please visit our clinic with your proof of purchase. We will cancel the e-gift certificate and issue you a new physical copy that reflects the total value, as we are unable to mail gift certificates.

All standard gift certificate policies will apply to the new physical copy.

HOW ARE E-GIFT CERTIFICATES DELIVERED?

E-gift certificates are delivered instantly to the recipient's email address unless the purchaser selects a future delivery date. Please ensure the recipient's information and email address are entered correctly, as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered e-gift certificates due to incorrect information provided by the purchaser.
